CCEWOOL® soluble fiber board is rigid board using CCEWOOL® soluble fiber bulk with organic and inorganic binder. CCEWOOL® soluble fiber board is able to contact with fire directly and can be cut into different size. Low thermal conductivity, low heat storage and excellent resistance to thermal shock allow this product to be used in a wide range of application where temperature changes fast.

1. CCEWOOL soluble fiber boards is made from high-purity soluble fiber cotton.

 

2. Because of the supplements of MgO, CaO and other ingredients, CCEWOOL soluble fiber cotton can expand its viscosity range of fiber formation, enhance its fiber formation conditions, improve fiber formation rate and fiber flexibility, and reduce the content of slag balls, so the CCEWOOL soluble fiberboards have better flatness. As slag ball content is an important index that determines the thermal conductivity of fibers, the thermal conductivity of CCEWOOL soluble fiberboard is only 0.15w/m.k at a hot surface temperature of 800°C.

 

3. Through strict control at every step, we reduced the impurity content of raw materials to less than 1%. The thermal shrinkage rate of CCEWOOL soluble fiber boards is lower than 2% at 1200 ℃, and they have stable quality and longer service life.

Production process control

1. The fully automatic fiber production line of super large boards can produce large soluble fiber boards with a specification of 1.2x2.4m.

 

2. The fully automatic fiber production line of ultra-thin boards can produce ultra-thin soluble fiber boards with a thickness of 3-10mm.

 

3. The semi-automatic fiberboard production line can produce soluble fiberboards with a thickness of 50-100mm.

 

4. The fully automatic fiberboard production line has a fully automatic drying system which make drying quicker and more thorough; deep drying can be completed in 2 hours, and the drying is even. The products have good dryness and quality with the compressive and flexural strengths both higher than 0.5MPa.

 

5. The products produced by the fully automatic soluble fiberboard production line are more stable than the soluble fiberboards produced by the traditional vacuum forming process, and also they have good flatness and accurate sizes with the error +0.5mm.

 

6. CCEWOOL soluble fiberboards can be cut and processed at will, and the construction is very convenient, which can produce organic ceramic fiberboards and inorganic ceramic fiberboards.

Quality control

Ensure bulk density and improve thermal insulation performance

1. Each shipment has a dedicated quality inspector, and a test report is provided prior to the departure of products from the factory to ensure the export quality of each shipment of CCEWOOL.

 

2. A third-party inspection (such as SGS, BV, etc.) is accepted.

 

3. Production is strictly in accordance with ISO9000 quality management system certification.

 

4. Products are weighed before packaging to ensure that the actual weight of a single roll is greater than the theoretical weight.

 

5. The outer packaging of each carton is made of five layers of kraft paper, and the inner packaging is a plastic bag, suitable for long-distance transportation.

High chemical purity of products:
The long-term operational temperature of CCEWOOL soluble fiberboards can reach 1000 °C, which ensures the heat resistance of products.
CCEWOOL soluble fiberboards can not only be used as the backing material of furnace walls, but also can be directly used on the hot surface of furnace walls to ensure its excellent wind erosion resistance.

 

Low thermal conductivity and good insulation effects:
Compared with traditional diatomaceous earth bricks, calcium silicate boards and other composite silicate backing materials, CCEWOOL soluble fiberboards have lower thermal conductivity and better thermal insulation effects, and the energy saving effect is significant.

 

High strength and easy to use:
The compressive strength and flexural strength of CCEWOOL soluble fiberboards are higher than 0.5MPa, and they are a non-brittle material, which fully meets the requirements of hard backing materials. In insulation projects with high strength requirements, they can completely replace blankets, felts, and other backing materials of the same type.
CCEWOOL soluble fiberboards have accurate geometric dimensions and can be cut and processed at will. The construction is very convenient, which solves the problems of brittleness, fragility, and high construction damage rate of calcium silicate boards; they greatly shorten the construction period and reduce the construction costs.
