2. Construction essentials
(1) Derusting The inner wall of the tower should be cleaned thoroughly.
(2) The high temperature ceramic board pasted at the manholes or the nozzles should be cut, and the adhesive should not be leaked.
(3) Repair After all the pasting is completed, it takes about 24 hours to preheat the oven. At this time, the inner wall is repaired, and the surface of the high temperature ceramic board is brushed with the last adhesive, which is very important.
(4) Preheating. According to the fuel used, design and formulate a reasonable process to carry out the preheating.
