CCEWOOL ceramic fiber products has characteristics of light weight, high strength, good oxidation resistance, low thermal conductivity, good softness, good corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, good sound insulation performance, etc. The following continues to introduce the application of ceramic fiber products in heating furnace:
(8) When the sulphur content of the fuel is greater than 10m1/m3 and ceramic fiber products are used for insulation of furnace wall, a layer of protective paint should be applied to the inner surface of the furnace wall to avoid corrosion, and the service temperature level of the protective paint should reach 180℃.
When the sulfur content in the fuel exceeds 500ml/m3, a 304 stainless steel foil gas barrier layer should be installed. The gas barrier layer should be at least 55% higher than the calculated acid dew point temperature under various operating conditions. The edge of the gas barrier layer should be overlapped, and the edge and the puncture part should be sealed.
When the total heavy metal content in the fuel exceeds 100g/t, ceramic fiber products should not be used.
(9)If convection section is equipped with a soot blower, steam spray gun or water washing facilities,the ceramic fiber products cannot be used.
(10)Anchors should be installed before a protective coating is applied. The protective coating should cover the anchor and the uncovered parts should be above the acid dew point temperature.
