Loose ceramic fibers are made into products through secondary processing, which can be divided into hard products and soft products. Hard products have high strength and can be cut or drilled; Soft products have great resilience and can be compressed, bent without breaking, such as ceramic fibers blankets, ropes, belts, etc.
(1) Ceramic fibers blanket
Ceramic fibers blanket is a product made of using a dry processing process that does not contain binder. Ceramic fibers blanket is produced with needle technology. The blanket is made by using a needle with a barb to hook the ceramic fibers surface up and down. This blanket has the advantages of high strength, strong wind erosion resistance, and small shrinkage.
