CCEWOOL ceramic wool insulation has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good oxidation resistance, low thermal conductivity, good flexibility, corrosion resistance, small heat capacity and good sound insulation.The following continues to introduce the application of ceramic wool insulation in heating furnace:
(6) When installing ceramic wool insulation blanket , its longest side should be installed in the same direction as the gas flow; when the hot surface layer is ceramic wool insulation board, all joints should be sealed.
The ceramic wool insulation blanket used for lining should be installed in butt joints, and at least 2.5cm of the joints should be in a compressed state, and the joints should be staggered.
(7) The ceramic wool insulation module should be installed vertically with folded blankets. The inlaid structure can only be used for the stove top. During construction of the ceramic wool insulation module, each side of module should be in a compressed state to avoid cracks due to shrinkage.
The furnace roof ceramic wool insulation module shall be designed such that the anchorage shall exceed at least 80% of the width of the module. The anchor nails should be welded to the furnace wall before the installation of the ceramic wool insulation module.
The anchorage in the ceramic wool insulation module should be installed at a maximum distance of 50mm from the cold surface of the ceramic fiber module.
The anchoring fixtures in the ceramic wool insulation module should be at least 304 stainless steel.
