2. Fire resistance: The fire resistance of mullite insulation fire bricks is generally below 1400 degrees, while the fire resistance of refractory bricks is above 1400 degrees.

Density: Mullite insulation fire bricks are generally lightweight insulation materials, with a density generally between 0.8 and 1.0g/cm3, while refractory bricks have a density generally above 2.0g/cm3. In general, the refractory brick has high mechanical strength, long service life, good chemical stability, no chemical reaction with materials and good high-temperature resistance. Its maximum heat resistance temperature can reach 1900 ℃.
