6. When the casting material is constructed on the built high temperature Calcium silicate board, a layer of waterproofing agent should be sprayed on the high temperature calcium silicate board in advance to prevent the high temperature calcium silicate board from being damp and prevent the refractory castable from insufficient hydration due to lack of water. For the high temperature Calcium silicate board used on the top, as it is difficult to spray the waterproofing agent upwards when looking up, the waterproofing agent should be sprayed on the side that is in contact with the casting material before pasting.
7. When building refractory bricks on the already built high temperature Calcium silicate board, the construction must be sure the board seam be staggered. If there are gaps, they must be filled with adhesive.
8. For the upright cylinder or the straight surface, and the upright tapered surface, the lower end shall be the benchmark during construction, and the paste shall be carried out from bottom to top.
9. For each part, check thoroughly after the masonry is completed. If there is a gap or where the paste is not secure, use adhesive to fill it and stick it firmly.
10. For high temperature Calcium silicate board with greater plasticity, expansion joints are not necessary. The lower part of the supporting brick board should be plugged tightly with high temperature Calcium silicate board and adhesive.
