Construction of insulating calcium silicate board:
1. Before the construction of insulating calcium silicate board, carefully check whether the specifications of calcium silicate board are consistent with the design. Special attention should be paid to prevent the use of low refractoriness for high refractoriness.
2. When the insulating calcium silicate board is pasted on the shell, the calcium silicate board should be finely processed according to the required shape to minimize the gap caused by avoiding nails. After processing, apply a layer of adhesive evenly on the calcium silicate board, paste it on the shell, and squeeze it tightly by hand to remove air, so that the calcium silicate board is in close contact with the shell. After the calcium silicate board is built, it should not be moved, so as to avoid damage to the insulating calcium silicate board.
3. Insulating calcium silicate board should be processed with hand saw or electric saw and trowel cutting should be prohibited.
4. When the refractory is poured under the insulating calcium silicate board built on the top cover, in order to prevent the calcium silicate board from falling off before the adhesive exerting the strength, the heat-preserving calcium silicate board can be fixed in advance by tying with the metal wire on the nails.
5.When building double-layer insulating calcium silicate board , the seam of masonry should be staggered.
