3、 Installation of ceramic fiber insulation module
1. Install ceramic fiber insulation module one by one and row by row and ensure that the nuts are tightened in place.
2. Pay attention to the installation of the compensation strip between the rows when install ceramic fiber insulation module. When installing, compress ceramic fiber insulation module to the specified thickness in strict accordance with the design requirements of the drawing.
3. To prevent falling off, the compensation strip must be fixed on the installed ceramic fiber module with U-shaped nails.
4. After the guard plate and central plastic pipe are removed, the hole left by the central plastic pipe and the module clearance must be carefully checked, especially at the corners.
4、 Lining trim:
1. The surface of ceramic fiber lining must be flat and compact.
2. The holes left by the central plastic pipes must be filled by adjusting folding layer of module or ceramic fiber wool or ceramic fiber blanket.
3. The through-gap between modules must be trimmed by filling with folded ceramic fiber blanket or ceramic fiber wool.
Ceramic fiber insulation module is more and more widely used. During construction, control the construction steps and quality, so as to improve the thermal insulation performance of ceramic fiber insulation module furnace lining.
