Before building insulation layers, below work should be done: ① grind the masonry plane of the kiln wall bricks to minimize the joints between the bricks; ② use large-sized bricks as much as possible to reduce the number of brick joints. The refractory insulation products for kiln walls are generally lightweight clay insulation bricks.
