3. Alumina hollow ball brick
Its main raw materials are alumina hollow balls and aluminum oxide powder, combined with other binders. And it is fired at a high temperature of 1750 degrees Celsius. It belongs to ultra-high temperature energy-saving and insulation material.
It is very stable to use in various atmospheres. Especially suitable for applications in high-temperature kilns at 1800 ℃. Hollow balls can be used as high-temperature and ultra-high temperature insulation fillers, lightweight aggregates for high-temperature refractory concrete, high-temperature castable, etc. Based on physical and chemical indicators, aluminum hollow ball bricks are widely used in high-temperature and ultra-high temperature kilns such as petrochemical industry gasifiers, carbon black industry reaction furnaces, metallurgical industry induction furnaces, etc., and have achieved very good energy-saving effects.
