At present, many boiler manufacturers use aluminum silicate refractory fibers and products as filling materials for expansion joints and other holes, replacing materials such as asbestos and other products.
The properties of aluminum silicate refractory fibers and their products are as follows: the density of the products is about 150kg/m3; The density of fibers is approximately (70-90) kg/m3; The fire resistance is ≥ 1760 ℃, the maximum operating temperature is about 1260 ℃, and the long-term operating temperature is 1050 ℃; When the density is 200kg/m3 and the operating temperature is 900 ℃, the thermal conductivity of fibers and products should not exceed 0.128W/(m·k).
